We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn goods which are returned to us within a reasonable time, however terms apply.
We offer exchanges and refunds on goods on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition (Including all packaging and labelling), within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of order.

Once the goods have been received and approved we will process a refund which will take 5 to 10 working days to return to your account.
If the item you have received is faulty, please email the customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or information on where the item was bought. It is in your right to request a full refund on faulty items within 6 months of purchase – this does not affect your statutory rights.
