Our UK deliveries take place Monday to Saturday.
Standard UK orders take 3 to 5 working days to be delivered.
Order confirmation and tracking
All customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once an order has been processed. If you haven’t received a confirmation email or the tracking link doesn’t work, please email customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the event that your item(s) is incorrect or faulty, please return in original, unused condition and packaging within 14 days from purchase and we will issue a full refund or exchange for another item.
We reserve the right not to issue a refund to you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. As such these items may be returned to you at your own expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
This may not apply if your item is faulty or the product is of unsatisfactory quality. If you have a query about a refund on an item you have purchased please e-mail email@example.com
If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via a recorded delivery method. This will help to ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced so we can process your refund/exchange. However, if you do choose to use a standard service we cannot be held responsible if your order gets lost and this instance we will be unable to process your claim.
Please ensure that you select the correct size before placing your order (using the size guide on each product) as we do NOT offer refunds should the chosen size be incorrect.
